People Services Specialist

About The Job

As People Services Specialist, you will be accountable for the efficient delivery of end-to-end processes, such as staff onboarding, integration and offboarding for Internal and External Workforce.

In this interesting role which requires independency and self-confidence, you can leverage from your networking and transversal collaboration abilities, as well as excellent communication, prioritization skills and intercultural adaptability.

Main Responsibilities

• Onboarding, Integration and offboarding
• Payroll check; Quality audits of Payroll & PA documents prepared by the Payroll & PA responsible and provide respective result to the Manager
• Time & personnel administration
• HR analytics & reporting
• Employee query handling for the perimeter
• Support the implementation and roll out of tools & processes & global initiatives related to Employee Life cycle
• Proactively identify possible improvements of concerned processes, propose alternative solutions and support its implementation (if validated)
• Closely collaborate with stakeholders in CSE MCO to support the Implementation of all People Services Projects
  
  

About You

Education:

• University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum 3-year previous experience in Human Resources operations and Payroll & PA activities, experience in HR Projects is a plus
• experience in working with HR platforms, SAP, Workday, Service Now
  
  

Knowledge and technical skills:

• Knowledge of country labour law
• Very good project management skills
• Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Zoom, Teams)
  
  

Languages: high level oral and written fluency in English, Hebrew is a must

Soft Skills:

• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Accurate, analytical mindset, at ease with figures
