Summary:

The Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient project execution and resource optimization. This position will be responsible for maintaining the overall project and operational Activity Plan.

Key Accountabilities:

• Reporting to Energean Operations Manager and liaising with onshore and offshore support teams.
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, considering all phases of the project lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
• Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, incorporating milestones, deadlines, and critical path analysis. Regularly update schedules to reflect project progress and identify potential delays.
• Resource Allocation: Collaborate with project managers and teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and timely completion of tasks.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and uncertainties in project plans. Develop mitigation strategies and work closely with project teams to implement preventive measures.
• Communication: Facilitate communication between various project stakeholders, ensuring that all relevant parties are well-informed about project timelines, progress, and potential issues.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement performance measurement systems to track project progress against established baselines. Generate reports and key performance indicators for project stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future planning processes. Contribute to the development and improvement of planning methodologies and tools.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient and experienced in Logistics Administration
• Proficient in the use of industry-standard project planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas industry practices, project management principles, and project execution processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Capable of analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations.
• Meticulous attention to detail in project plans and schedules to ensure accuracy and reliability.
