The opportunity:
The HRIS lead will lead the implementation of various HRIS projects throughout the project lifecycle– Initiate, plan, design, execute, and manage the change management to a successful go-live.
This includes understanding business needs, gathering best practices information, designing & partnering with IT to deliver best solutions. This role will be working with many different HR functions while creating various solutions to improve employees and manager experience.
Your experience and qualifications:
- Strong design capabilities with the ability to define and lead the solution in a complex, challenging environment
- Excellent analyst skills – ability to independently gather and translate HR business requirements into recommended solutions, configure them and find creative ways to overcome configuration gaps
- Ability to engage productively with a wide range of program stakeholders, including business leads, HR, internal customers, vendors & technical teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to document, present, and communicate complex information in a simplified manner to all audiences
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field; i.e., industrial engineering, systems information, project management.
- 3-5years of relevant experience (ex: HR Information Systems, Information Technology, project management)
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR, HR systems, HR processes- Must
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors – Advantage
- Project management experience, especially in leading global projects, technology upgrades or implementations
