Program Manager

Description

The Program Management team is overarching inbound and outbound activities building a consolidated program plan, looking at the big picture, milestones, risks and deliveries of the program. Focus on the synchronization between the different Innoviz groups (R&D, Operation, Biz, etc) long-term and day-to-day activities. The daily activities are versatile, ranging from leading long-term activities to handling urgent customer escalations. The team interacts closely with the company's customers, often through onsite visits.

The Program Manager will be part of the Delivery group. The delivery group's mission is to orchestrate the programs across the company, pre and post-nomination, to deliver committed products to our customers.

Roles Responsibilities

• Lead nominated program. Working in-bound with the different Innoviz groups and out-bound with the customer
• Drive internal company activities to provide solutions to the customers' needs
• Prioritize and balance requirements of different stakeholders while taking into account R&D / Operation constraints and program timeline
• Be able to address different stakeholders and customer representatives from the program leads to high management
• The Job requires availability for international travel on short notice
  
  

• At least 3 years of customer-facing roles leading large-scale programs
• BSc. or higher in Sciences or Engineering
• Additional 2-5 years of RnD experience – preferred
• Automotive industry experience – preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - ability to manage without authority in a matrix work environment
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to verify project deliverables are provided with the right quality by their due date
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to cope with stressful situations
