Payments Business Operations

Job Description

• Create, manage and optimize business-related processes to meet company objectives and KPIs in an efficient, scalable way
• Collaborate with operations, customer care, product, leadership and other stakeholders to ensure the successful definition, launch and implementation of key initiatives and processes in the company
• Make sure user-facing teams are ready with the information and processes required to support new products
• Work with teams to collect, quantify and manage product and process related feedback and challenges
• Ensure all statuses, KPIs, risks and open issues of business projects are managed and tracked
  
  

Qualifications:

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role in a high tech industry
• You have 2+ years of experience in fintech payments
• You have a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience
• You have a deep understanding of how to lead and create processes and routines
• You’re an organized project manager who loves coming up with a good strategy and knows how to plan for the long term
• You have great organizational and execution skills and you can effectively engage, manage, and prioritize multiple interfaces, initiatives and projects
• You’ve worked with multiple teams across many disciplines and locations
• You have excellent communication and leadership skills that will allow you to motivate internal teams and to to find opportunities to drive operational efficiencies.
