New Product Introduction Engineer

CaPow is growing! We are looking for an experienced NPI Engineer to join our R&D and operation teams

and take part in developing our ultra-deep-tech innovative products and solutions for wireless energy

transfer systems for autonomous robotics.

As an NPI engineer to Mass production Engineer, you'll work with experienced multidisciplinary groups,

highly involved in product engineering design from early stages. Take ownership of developing and

qualifying solutions in a manufacturing environment, including review and support of our global CEM

production capabilities, quality, and readiness to Mass production. The position requires creativity

combined with good technical orientation. In addition, leading product lines bring-ups, ensure excellent

standards of manufacturability, yield improvement, and advanced process controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead products transition from NPI to mass production.
• Assure products are at highest quality, capacity and material availability readiness when moving

to MP.

• Represent mass production requirements and contract manufacture capabilities.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of vendors’ manufacturing capabilities and influence current

and future product qualifications and loading decisions

• Develop and implement project management methodologies to improve processes, tracking,

visibility and execution

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical/Material engineering( other related fields)
• 5+ years of experience in leading complex, highly technology-intensive projects
• Experience with PCB development during NPI stage
• Report program status to senior management
• Independent and proactive approach – being able to own a task but also to deep dive into the

relevant details surrounding it

• Strong engineering background with business and operations proficiency
• Fluent English written and oral communication skills
• Travel to support production lines and vendors when needed
