Job Description

A key leadership role responsible for driving project delivery excellence, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving business goals.

This position requires strong leadership and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects, manage cross-functional project delivery teams, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and customer-centric delivery.

Responsibilities

Full ownership on delivery to the client with goals for customer satisfaction, revenue, profitability.
Define, implements, and improves proper project management methodologies and governance processes.
Manage a group of Project Managers, responsible for multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage a group of Project Delivery teams from different disciplines (Dev, QA, BA, etc.).
Owning the resource planning, Recruitment, management, and logistics, including utilization.
Set and agree annual KPIs around Improving efficiency, delivering of value.
Ensure Quality of deliverables is maintained as per the prevailing framework.
Build strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure delivery is smooth and customer centric.
Identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement an appropriate course of action.
Meeting tight timelines and motivating the teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum of 15 years background in the IT industry.
Proven experience in project management, including overseeing project delivery and managing teams.
In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle
Experience with coordinating and aligning cross-functional delivery teams to optimize project execution.
Experience in working directly with international customers, specifically C-level Executives.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
Experience of negotiating with customers and clients regarding scope and delivery schedules.
Proficient in using project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting.
Highly collaborative with Peers.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be open to travel and work across time zones.
Familiarity with Insurance domain/financial services is an advantage.
