Your role
Do you have strong analytical skills? Are you adept at implementing system changes in a complex environment? Do you know how to manage and work effectively with numerous technical teams to improve the security infrastructure? We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:

– manage antivirus environment, intrusion detection and vulnerability management tools

– act as the incident manager for the respective services managed within the support portfolio

– analyze outages and defective states, initiating and monitoring measures to remedy them

– collaboratively build operational, near real-time telemetry to make us better, faster and more efficient;

– analyze events and processes in a complex ecosystem, and produce insights, and identify areas for improvement;

– Bring a passion/interest in AIOps and perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions.

– managing the development of new processes and overseeing improvements on existing processes in order to increase overall efficiency

– build and enhance monitoring solutions to enhance health of the Security platforms; (Self-Healing)

Your team
You’ll work in the Cyber Security Support team.

We are responsible for operational stability and availability of the Security Tools used by the Security Operation Centre and other Stakeholders.

The team is responsible for Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management for the supported Solutions. You will also be involved in managing the testing and deployment of new security software and solutions into the production environment.

Your expertise
You have:

– very strong skills in operating system platform: MS Windows and Linux RedHat

– writing automation using Python, PowerShell and other scripting languages.

– Good understanding of Cloud / Azure security configuration and troubleshooting.

– experience with monitoring & telemetry tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk etc.

– experience with automation tools like IpSoft, Ansible, Automation Anywhere and others.

– knowledge of AIOps, and preferably exposure/understanding of solutions such as BigPanda, Loom;

– understanding or have experience with agile philosophies;

You are:

– Self-driven and interested in the world of Cyber Security;

– excited about delivering innovative automation solution and operate large scale environments;

– able to work as part of a global team interacting with stakeholders all over the world;

– provide the technical direction required to resolve complex issues to ensure the on-time delivery of solutions;

– able to combine understanding of business needs;

– comfortable communicating (in English) with both technically minded colleagues as well as senior management;
