The main purpose of this role is to sell the Surgical Innovations range of products based on clinical expertise in order accelerate adoption for new technologies and improve outcome for the patients. The jobholder will be primarily responsible for selling the full range of products in assigned accounts or regions in a professional manner to hospitals and related healthcare professionals.
A Day in the Life
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, product developments, customer profile and market.
- Maintain up-to-date accurate customer records.
- Make professional sales calls on key personnel in targeted hospitals.
- Follow reporting systems as laid down by the company. Monitor and report relevant competitive product or customer information to their manager.
- Maintain good working relationships with all decision makers relevant to product groups in hospitals on territory.
- Follow all internal processes and polices and external legal requirements with attention to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
- Set up proper business/marketing strategies with maximum profitability, to ensure proper spending and samples control and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years' experience in sales position
- Ability to build and maintain strong business relationship.
- Clinical background
- Experience from medical device company
