Your role:

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence in supply chain processes and ensuring seamless material availability to support customer demand? Join our dynamic team at Philips and play a key role in planning, purchasing, and optimizing the flow of materials throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive customer demand fulfillment by ensuring material availability across the supply chain
Execute tactical material planning, including forecast analysis and alignment with internal and external suppliers and distribution centers
Manage operational material planning and end-to-end purchase order execution
Identify supply risks, lead mitigation actions, and escalate when needed
Maintain master data accuracy to enable automated and efficient replenishment
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with Philips Global Supply Chain Processes
Follow up on material lifecycle to secure availability and avoid obsolescence
Perform inventory analysis and define inventory policies to balance material availability and investment
Continuously improve material supply processes and collaborate across departments

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Cost of Non-Quality: Excess & Obsolete Inventory
Supplier Delivery Performance (VMI & CLIP)
Customer Service Levels (OTTR / OTTP / COTS)
Procurement Order Tracking and Invoice Blocking Reduction
Inventory Health (% of MAT sales)
Accuracy of Master Data

Requirements:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent – mandatory
Minimum of 3 years of experience in material planning or supply chain – strong advantage
Advanced Excel skills – mandatory
Experience with ERP systems (SAP – advantage)
Full proficiency in English – reading, writing, and speaking – mandatory
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
