A global industrial manufacturing company looking for VP of Quality
job description:
Direct reporting to the CEO
Management, accompaniment and training of all the quality teams
Responsibility for the quality system, the examination, setting quality goals, and performing internal quality checks

Responsibility for the field of standards and quality regulation
Analysis and monitoring of the effectiveness of the quality system
Overall responsibility for building and monitoring quality KPI for suppliers and subcontractors

Leading factory MRB committees and conducting customer surveys from abroad

Working with IDF quality testers

Statistical monitoring and improvement of the factory quality indicators

Qualifications

Academic degree in quality engineering and/or mechanical engineering/aeronautics - mandatory, CQE - significant advantage
Experience in managing quality teams - at least 15 years
Experience working in a manufacturing industrial plant - mandatory, experience in the metal industry/machining - a significant advantage
Mastery of the English language, reading and writing - mandatory, additional languages - an advantage

Ability to lead processes for continuous improvement
