Finance Analyst

A great opportunity to join the finance department of a Global Medical device company as a Financial Analyst

The Finance Analyst will assist with analyzing financial data, tracking the organization's financial performance preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments, to gather data and insights for financial analysis.
• Key leader to the Finance SOX program and develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Asist with managing day-to-day accounting operations, Reporting to local and foreign authorities, Accounts payables and payments, Accounting processes, etc..
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance, investigate variances, and provide explanations for deviations.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations US GAAP and Israeli GAAP.
• Performing financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support cross-company financial flows and systems.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Participation in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, tax returns, and other financial filings and reports.
  
  

• At least 4 years of experience
• CPA with Big 4 experience.
• Strong teamwork
• High communicative and interpersonal skills
• High level of English (Speech and writing)
• Highly skilled with Excel
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meeting reporting schedules.
