Product Manager, Cloud Migrate

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically have 4 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder, or related technical role.
• Typically 2 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
• Experience creating product roadmaps and detailed requirements (PRDs) from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining GTM strategy, and leading design discussions.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Typically 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in one or more of the following: cloud infrastructure, SaaS, enterprise software, IT infrastructure, cloud native software development.
• Knowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and experience/curiosity for incorporating inclusion and accessibility into product development methodologies.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
• Team player and excellent collaborator with own and external teams.

You will work with customers, partners, pre-sales engineers, and professional services to ensure the customer’s journey is as smooth as possible. As a Google Cloud Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and partner with engineering, user experience, Google platform, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver on the next phase of migration and modernization tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partner teams (e.g., Engineers, Program Managers, User Experience) during product design and development to implement requirements.
• Define product roadmaps by operationalizing defined strategy.
• Define products in a way that captures attention and compels others to drive action despite obstacles and competing priorities.
• Validate the market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, business growth), and identify opportunities in the market landscape.
• Manage launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with other cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Perform go-to-market activities, prepare collaterals, enablement sessions, internal and external promotion of the products.
