Senior Events Content Marketing Manager

Description

We are looking for a passionate Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead and develop session content as well as content marketing for monday.com’s leading events. Reporting to the Content Team Lead, the Senior Content Marketing Manager will play a key role in building the content strategy and execution for Elevate, monday.com’s global annual customer conference, both in person and online.

You’ll join our Marketing team based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

About The Role

• Be a strategic partner in building out each event’s agenda structure and overarching messaging direction and guidelines.
• Function as the main point of contact for content (both for on stage sessions and for marketing initiatives) for various stakeholders across the organization as well as with external speakers.
• Map out, create, and edit a variety of content assets for events — such as email campaigns, landing pages, video scripts, internal comms, and more.
• Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact.
• Research and contribute creative ideas to support key event goals, such as increasing registration and participation rates, growing pipeline and ARR from enterprise accounts, boosting brand awareness, and more.
• Explore and experiment with innovative ways to achieve event objectives through a content lens.
  
  

• Native English speaker and writer (required)
• 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, experience in B2B SaaS companies
• Experience managing multiple projects at once
• Experience working with stakeholders to build strategic content
• Experience writing and editing marketing content. WordPress and Webflow experience - advantage
• Experience working in events is a big advantage
• Comfortable using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content
• Ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback
