Mobileye is looking for a Senior Process superstar to join our R&D organization, who’s mission is to establish, rollout, and refine highly effective and measurable SW processes within our R&D department, fostering innovative and efficient development throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Mobileye’s products are developed by teams of many hundreds of software developers and are rolled out to millions of vehicles around the world each year.

As our R&D Process Manager you will play a key role in the implementation of the Product Group vision by enabling the achievement of cross-functional deliveries of ADAS and Autonomous vehicles, that are delivered for production at the highest scale and in accordance with automotive software quality regulations (ASPICE). In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in establishing and rolling out streamlined yet robust processes and workflows, ensuring innovative and efficient product development across the entire lifecycle.

What will your job look like?

• Work closely with R&D leaders to establish clear goals and KPIs that measure the success and effectiveness of our R&D processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to identify areas for enhancement and processes that require refinement and improvement
• Create efficient workflows that maximize innovation, productivity and guarantee efficient delivery in the organization
• Work closely with teams and leaders to ensure effective change management and smooth rollout of new processes within the organization
  
  

• Proactive mindset
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field
• At least 3 years of experience in process management in software development or R&D organizations.
• Have in-depth understanding of development lifecycle, methodologies and ways of working within product, design and engineering teams
• Highly developed critical analysis
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams
• Strong change management skills helping to roll out processes within the organization seamlessly
• Experience in managing software development teams – Advantage
• Experience with ASPICE methodology - Advantage
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
• Fluent English and Hebrew
