Online Campaign Manager

A fast-growing direct-to-consumer personal care brand is seeking a sharp digital marketer experienced in performance marketing to join the growing media team.

You will be primarily responsible for paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), as well as assisting with campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up new campaigns and optimize existing campaigns
• Test and optimize ad copy and creative
• Closely monitor campaigns to ensure KPIs are being achieved within budget allocated
• Provide detailed analysis and data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign launches, from planning to execution
• Act as an ongoing educational resource by continually staying informed of industry trends and best practices

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and PPC Social
• Experience managing campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs and financial metrics in ecommerce
• Experience handling large amounts of creative assets for testing and optimization
• Ecommerce industry experience required
• Management of large media budgets
• Daily campaign optimization (including targeting, testing and analysis)
• Performance forecasting and analysis
• Native or near-native English
