We are seeking an experienced and results-driven High Potential Growth specialist to join Oracle Israel.
As the High Potential Growth (HiPO) Market specialist you will be working with Unicorns and Scale-up startups on identifying, shaping and building long-term, tailor-made partnerships to jointly drive accelerated growth and through innovation and operational excellence.
You will play a pivotal role in building strong partnerships, managing channels, and maximizing sales opportunities of HiPO scale-up startups that are based in Israel but are focusing their sales on the US market.
This position requires excellent business planning skills, a sales-driven approach, and a deep understanding of international corporate dynamics.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth with Israeli HiPO scale-up startups focused on the US market.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders in HiPO scale-up startups, understand their GTM, products, challenges, and how Oracle can help them scale
- Build deep relationships with Israeli ISVs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, within Oracle, including marketing, product management, and Sales, to ensure the success of the HiPO scale-up startup.
- Work closely with US sales teams to find opportunities for the ISVs in the US
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend local Israel meet-ups, events, and industry focused initiatives to drive a culture of thought leadership.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the senior management team.
Required Skills/Experience
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Native-level spoken and written English and Hebrew.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development or channel management.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing business plans, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Proven track record of working with both the US and Israeli markets.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a sales-driven approach to achieving results.
- Experience working in international corporates is an advantage, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Experience working in start-up companies is an advantage.
- Strategic thinker to identify specific Israeli startups that will drive significant cloud revenue deals and business value in the US
- Self driven, and the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a dynamic and demanding corporate setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
