Head of Paid Search

MyHeritage is looking for an experienced marketer to head our Paid Search team. As the Head of Paid Search, you’ll be in charge of an integral part of MyHeritage’s global effort to bring new users to our website through paid search activities. The Paid Search team is in charge of converting the existing demand for our products as best possible.

We’re looking for a superstar leader, someone who’s a people’s person, who will excel at getting the most out of the team members and help them grow, and as a result take the team to a new level.

The Head of Paid Search will lead a team of skilled account managers, manage large scale budgets, and use all the resources at their disposal to achieve the team’s KPIs.

What you'll do

• Manage an experienced team of 5 SEM account managers, who manage a significant amount of the Online Marketing budget
• Manage large scale, global, paid search activity on Google, Bing, and other platforms
• Analyze results and optimize performance according to the team’s KPIs in order to increase campaign performance
• Initiate new growth directions, A/B test them, and discover new opportunities based on data analysis
• Stay up-to-date with the industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new Google/Bing ad features
• Work closely with cross-company teams, such as BI, R&D and Marketing Operations

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience managing a team of PPC/SEM user acquisition — a must
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid activities on Google Ads — a must
• Proven track record of successfully growing paid search activities in a global company
• Demonstrated ability to lead team members toward their growth and success
• Excellent analytical ability, detail-oriented, and a problem solver
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Experience managing e-commerce and/or B2C campaigns — an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field — an advantage
