Learning and Development Specialist - Customer Care

Job Description

• Plan, implement and oversee training programs to support needed business needs
• Evaluate and improve current training programs to improve efficiency and impact
• Coordinate cross departmental training programs
• Identify and analyze learning needs, and then design, develop and implement training outputs that help support business needs and KPIs
• Work with various Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) as an Instructional Designer to develop course curriculums and materials
• Track courses and training programs impact and provide clear reports to relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with the L&D team on any cross functional outputs
• Be an ambassador for the L&D team and advocate for the needs of expert development
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or L&D Program Manager
• Proven experience managing the creation and design of training a variety of training materials such as eLearning course, instructor led training, articles and more.
• You have experience identifying and analyzing learning needs, as well as establishing training KPIs to track training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data
• You have experience managing several projects at the same time
• You have good critical thinking skills, you know how to build great relationships, identify challenges and find solutions
• You have great presentation skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and look at change as an opportunity to grow
• Proficient skills in both written and spoken English are a must
