We are looking for a candidate with the ability to thrive in an environment with complex software and hardware designs, take part in the project planning, monitoring, and closing of a novel ophthalmic robotic platform. You will join a growing team and take part in shaping the future of the project management team and processes. Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day administrative aspects of projects, including updating work plans/status reports, resourcing admin, maintenance of project documentation, risks, reports and tracking of project expenditure.

● Build and maintain a repository of information and support documentation in a range of formats.

● Assist the Project Managers on reporting, governance, and processes.

● Take part in developing infrastructures for project management governance activities.

● Engage proactively with the project stakeholders and act as a reference point for queries and requests for information.

Qualifications

● Students in their 4th year of Industrial Engineering studies.

● Availability to work at least 1 day from the office, ~ 20-30 hours per week.

● Strong project management methodology understanding, great advantage for successful completion of project management courses.

● Proven track record and ability to work with large amounts of data sources.

● Ability to gather, review, and analyze data.

● Good organizational skills, good documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

● Ability to self-manage, strong written and verbal communication in English.

● Proficiency in Excel and project management tools.
