VP Facilities

Description

We are looking for an experienced VP Facilities to direct and maintain all our offices worldwide as well as open more offices to support our constant growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a safe, functional and efficient work environment as well as preserving and maintaining pristine facilities so that monday.com team members can work in the best conditions.

About The Role

• Managing the facilities staff and external contractors
• Forecasting and supporting the company space needs worldwide
• Negotiating and overseeing lease agreements with brokers and landlords
• Working with local municipalities on relevant licenses
• Managing insurance plans and service contracts
• Designing and planning facilities layout
• Managing office construction projects
• Handling office maintenance, security, cleaning, and catering
• Coordinating routine and ongoing maintenance and repairs
• Budgeting, estimating, and controlling utilities and supply costs
• Training staff on safety procedures
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and laws
• Setting and implementing company facilities policies and standards
  
  

• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced project management experience
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations and laws
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good negotiating skills
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
• Fluent in English
