We are seeking a Tax Staff II in our Israel office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

• Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationship with firm leadership
• Preparation of financial statements (reviews and compilations)
• Preparation and review of tax returns (1040, 1120C, 1120S, and 1065)
• Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines
• Brainstorm new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems
• Mentor and coach junior team members
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required
• 1+ years of tax preparation experience
• Experience with US GAAP
  
  

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• CPA or parts passed towards completion
• Master’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field
• Experience using GoSystems, CCH Axcess, CCH Engagement, iManage, or BNA
