Release Manager (temporary)

ControlUp is the market leader in the IT platform for Monitoring, Self-healing and Analyzing customers’ virtual environments, creating solutions that save IT organizations time, money, and stress.

We are looking for a temporary Release Manager (maternity leave replacement) who will be in charge of all activities related to the release of our products, both SaaS and on-premises. The ideal candidate will sync between all involved parties: Product, R&D, QA, Documentation, Training, Product Marketing, Sales, and more before we launch Beta and GA. He or she must have great interpersonal skills, a technical background, and project management skills. In addition, he or she needs to be able to work in a fast-changing environment with multiple products.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, communicate, and sync with stakeholders about the release life-cycle
• Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes, including requirements
• Manage the beta program, be in direct contact with customers prior to and during the beta period, collect feedback, and coordinate between different departments to provide this feedback
• Manage the release lifecycle while keeping in close touch with customers
• Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Monitor the release process and collect feedback from the different teams as well as customers for review
• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team member performance
• Responsible for various operational tools such as Monday, feedback management, and announcements platform
• Work independently and effectively in a team environment
