We are looking for a talented & motivated Documentation Expert for our quality assurance department for maternity leave replacement

Description:

• Review change orders (ECOs) in Agile to assure compliance with documentation requirements.
• Distribute the released ECOs/production files to the relevant subcontractors/ functionaries.
• Ensures process monitoring and control activities to maintain high quality of HTC revision and change control, verify process effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supports continuously improvement of ECO and Document control processes and reducing ECOs cycle times.
• Manages safe archive for released SW items
• Duplicate copies of SW items for backup, media suppliers and for use by HTC users / subcontractors.
• Maintains and controls revisions of non-DMR documents.
• Supports and trains users on the document approval process.
• Communicates business related issues and opportunities to the next management level.
• Follows all company guidelines related to Environment, Health & Safety practices.
• Ensures personal and company compliance with Company policies and applicable laws.
• Performs other duties assigned as needed.
  
  

• BA or BSc degree - an advantage
• Experience reviewing technical documents (in English and Hebrew).
• Experience in a documentation or engineering department.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical fields - an advantage
• Good understanding of technical processes, Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with Agile, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, OrCAD - an advantage
• Good English skills
