What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On

• The KYC Department oversees and operates Payoneer’s end-user onboarding process.
• KYC combines service-orientation with enforcement of industry Compliance standards, aiming to ensure smooth customer experience while keeping Payoneer compliant with KYC/AML regulations.
• Review new customers information and documents, using a combination of internal and external policies and tools.
• Review of various service requests (withdrawal, opt-in card, additional payment methods), to reinforce KYC protocols.
• Making the decision to approve/decline/provide additional info/docs that will help reconsider the application.
• Collaborate with various business departments and operational departments including customer care, payments review, Risk, and compliance.
