Resource Manager

We are looking for a SuccessFactors Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements and writing specification and functional design documents
• Collaborating with the functional and technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure solutions effectiveness
• Appling standards tools, methods, processes and techniques to meet specific client requirements
• Taking charge on continuous Improvements and enhancements in the system
• Supporting the delivery of the non-technical aspects of changes - this will include user adoption and change management
• Creating open communication channels with your stakeholders to inform, update and build trust by developing strong relationships

Requirements:

• At least 3 year of SAP SuccessFactors project management experience – must
• Experienced with recruitments module- must
• Experience with at least 1 full-life cycle large scale project- must
• Good understanding of the business processes analysis
• An inquisitive mindset with natural curiosity and keen to get to the root of problems
• Relevant bachelor's degree
• Fluent English
