Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of SCCM (Configuration Manager) - software distribution, Patch and Queries, OSD, Management reports
• Building distribution packages, creating Policies, Queries, and managing security updates in CA's ITCM system
• Administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server (2016/2019R2012/2012/2008), including GPO, AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS servers
• Expertise in managing and maintaining VMware virtualization systems
• Familiarity with corporate security, backup, and antivirus solutions (McAfee)
• Proficient in writing scripts in PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange mail systems
• Management and maintenance of VMWare virtualization environments
• Working with email filtering systems, including Appliance Security Email Cisco

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• years of experience in a similar role / System Admin
• Strong knowledge of SCCM, Intune, ITCM, and Microsoft Server environments
• VMware and email system expertise
• Scripting skills in PowerShell
• Familiarity with corporate security solutions (McAfee)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
