Digital&eCommerce lead Maternity leave replacement

Sodastream Israel is hiring a Digital & eCommerce Lead to join our team based in Kfar Saba . This is a temporary maternity leave replacement for a key role at the heart of our digital business.
 We're looking for a creative, commercially minded, and data-driven marketer who is passionate about building impactful digital experiences and turning ideas into measurable business results.

Responsibilities :
Lead the company's eCommerce and digital growth activities in line with business objectives.
Manage and execute digital campaigns, online promotions, CRM activities (Email & SMS), and website commercial content.
Optimize website performance and user experience through data analysis, CRO, A/B testing, and GA4 insights.
Manage digital media budgets and external agencies to improve marketing performance and drive revenue growth.
Develop and lead influencer marketing initiatives and B2B lead generation campaigns.
Lead digital projects, website enhancements, and automation initiatives in collaboration with global teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, manage budgets, and present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and eCommerce.
Hands-on experience with Performance Marketing, CRM, CRO, GA4, and website management.
Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills.
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
