Job Responsibilities

Employer Branding:

• Publicizing Tama's organizational - social activities - internal organizational activities, contribution to the community, etc.
• Accompanying the subsidiaries and websites in building a unique identity in harmony with employer branding in Tama
• Performance measurement - performance surveys, publications (what works/doesn't work, reactions, dealing with negative reactions)

Company Portal

Creating a global home page where the work tools and the organizational information are combined, with the aim of creating for the employees an entrance to the organization through a common "corridor" that introduces the employees to a unique shared experience

Work environment design

Well being is an important part of the dialogue on the design of the work environment. The good feeling of the employee is greatly influenced by the environment in which he is and it has been scientifically proven as one of the main factors that help increase connectedness, creativity and productivity.

Initiating and/or accompanying work environment design projects and assimilating the design concept as required.

Education and experience

• Background in marketing or internal organizational communication

• Work experience in the field of human resources - an advantage

Skills, abilities / abilities, attributes

• Ability to write creatively in English and Hebrew - a must!

• Ability to design and edit content - a significant advantage

• Familiarity with graphic software - an advantage

• In-depth understanding of the social networks - mandatory

• Ability to translate a work plan into practical work
