About The Role

• Process vendor bills, prepare and manage monthly payments, and reconciliation
• Be responsible for reviewing and approving expense reimbursement reports
• Reconcile account balances for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances
• Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Preparation of reports to local authorities (income tax, VAT)
• Support end-of-month closing and reporting
• Foreign vendor's tax deduction management
  
  

• At least 3 years in a bookkeeping role
• Certified bookkeeper type 2
• Experience with Priority accounting software - Must
• Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Advanced English level - both verbal and written
• Working knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Great communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
• Our offices are based in Rothschild Tel Aviv
• Our work model consists of working from the office for four days and working from home once a week.
