Content Manager

Real Time Group, a Software Solutions Company, is looking for a dedicated Content Manager with 2-3 years of experience to oversee the development, execution, and delivery of digital content across our college's web platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in content management and a passion for technology and education.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the college’s objectives and audience's needs.
2. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and management of informative and engaging content for the college’s website, including articles, blog posts, and multimedia materials.
3. Editing and Proofreading: Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search engines.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, staff, and marketing teams to create compelling content that highlights the college's programs, achievements, and events.
5. Website Management: Manage the content aspects of the college’s website, ensuring a dynamic and user-friendly experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of content management experience, preferably in an educational or tech-focused environment.
• Excellent Hebrew: writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with content management in WordPress.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of content marketing and SEO principles – a strong advantage.
• Experience with ChatGPT and other AI tools -a strong advantage.
• Experience with Canva – a strong advantage.
