- Provide administrative support to Integrated Protection staff.
- Review and process the PRs / RRFs with related departments.
- Support Protection team in preparing filling system and make sure all the files are up to date.
- Support Protection team in printing, Copying, and scanning.
- Assists Protection team in preparing time sheets and submit to HR department.
- Collect data of the current and closed Grants when required.
- Raising PRs for program activities and process it with related departments
- Support Protection team in preparing Training.
- Keep update record of all raised PRs and RRFS in warehouse.
- Support Protection team and prepared documents when required for Compliance.
- Traveling to the field when required.
- Contact with field offices regarding to PRs, RRFs, Payrolls and other documents when required
- Prepare weekly and monthly stationery for Protection team.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
