We are looking to hire a Credit & Collection specialist for a temporary position to join our international collection team.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

In this position you will collect hundreds of millions of dollars from several geographics, work with various functions in the organization and monitor financial strength of our distributers to ensure timely collection of ARs. You will also prepare reports to senior management and will communicate effectively with internal and external functions, while maintaining high performance and level of services.

• Monitor accounts balances, billing status and credit limits given to our distributers, and resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Monitor, evaluate and analyze Financial Statements of existing/new distributors, and conduct credit analysis to support accurate and appropriate credit lines.
• Communicate efficiently with both customers and colleagues within the organization on collection issues, and support the sales team by managing credit exposures
• Provide periodically reporting on collection status/forecast to senior management
• Cooperation with sales team executives and support the business needs and field.

Your Knowledge & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar field, or being a last year student in such degrees
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High level of customer orientation and service oriented
• Can do approach - Problem solving and driving execution approach
• Responsible, organized and detailed oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
