We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts, with a strong focus on Brand Awareness and SMBs self-onboarding. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies to attract new customers, particularly within the SMB sector, and proven expertise in navigating the European market.
About The Role:
🔹Brand Awareness- Crafting the brand story, distinguishing the brand from competitors, and positioning it as the premier solution for small to medium-sized businesses
🔹SMBs self-onboarding - Enabling business customers to self-register for the company's product without the involvement of sales teams
🔹Lead and oversee all marketing operations, including brand management, market research, content strategy, digital marketing, and public relations.
🔹Drive customer acquisition initiatives, leveraging innovative tactics and channels to attract and retain a diverse client base.
🔹Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the European market, understanding local nuances to tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
🔹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals, ensuring a cohesive brand message and customer experience.
🔹Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
🔹Manage and mentor the marketing team, setting clear goals and KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
🔹Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI
REQUIREMENTS:
🔹3+ years of experience in a similar role in a B2B SaaS experience - must
🔹Experience as a "Brand Awareness" and "SMBs self-onboarding", specializing in attracting new customers to the system-must.
🔹Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the marketing domain.
🔹Strong background in customer acquisition, especially in the SMB sector.
🔹Extensive experience in the European market, with a deep understanding of diverse cultural and business practices.
🔹Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
