About the Role

Join our innovative team as a Game Art & Development Talent Acquisition Specialist. This pivotal role is perfect for someone with a passion for the gaming industry and a talent for identifying exceptional individuals in game art and game development.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Recruitment: Source, recruit, and hire top-tier talent within the game art and game development fields.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment strategies to identify candidates with experience in 3D game art or game development, focusing on those who have contributed to AAA titles.
• Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for roles demanding proficiency in Hebrew, English and Russian.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
• Networking: Build and maintain a strong industry network for potential talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Strong command of both English and Russian.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition: Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for experience in the gaming industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with 3D game art, game development processes, or other media/tech industries.
• AAA Title Recruitment: Experience in recruiting for AAA game titles is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Independence: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: Based in Israel.
