Bookkeeping & Payroll Accountant

For a successful startup company in Tel Aviv we are looking for a highly motivated Bookkeeper and Payroll Accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

🔸Managing all bookkeeping aspects of the company 

🔸Prepare month-end reconciliations: including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and other asset and liability accounts

🔸Own Monthly Tax reporting (VAT, Tax WTH, BTL, Income tax, ect.)

🔸End-to-end ownership over monthly payroll process, including ongoing maintenance, processing, and regulatory filing

🔸Producing various financial report

🔸Take part in the implementation of new systems and processes

🔸Manage the company’s payment cycle, including vendor, credit card and bank reconciliations

Qualifications:

🔸Certified Bookkeeper level 3 and Payroll Accountant with at least 3 years of experience

🔸Experience in an international /high tech company as a single bookkeeper 

🔸Experience with Microsoft Excel –a must

🔸Strong verbal and written English skills-must 

🔸Experienced with Priority ERP and Michpal for payroll processing
