We are seeking an experienced and highly organized E2E Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end projects within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building project work plans, synchronizing and monitoring project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, schedule, and budget. The E2E Project Manager will also play a vital role in implementing effective project management processes and tools.
What we’ll be doing day to day:
- Lead the end-to-end project management process, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined.
- Conduct regular project meetings, including kick-off, status, and milestone reviews.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product managers, IT and the customers.

You will need to have the following:
- 4-5 years or more of experience in managing and leading projects with clients- Must
- Experienced with Jira and Microsoft Projects (or similar) - Must
- Fluent English
- Experience working with developers and IT
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve project-related issues.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
