CPA/ Assistant controller

Job Title: CPA/ Assistant Controller

For a leading large company

The assistant Controller will assist the controller and finance department with the preparation of financial reporting. Will prepare management reports to track the organization's assets, inventory, and balances of customers AR/AP, including following up for payments, direct/indirect production costs, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.

Reports to: Controller

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting

• Revenue recognition

• managing AR

• AR reconciliation

• Support internal and external audits

• Support on site audits

• Assists in Regulatory Reporting

• Support quarter end and year end close process

• Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting- A CPA- a must

at least 1years after internship from BIG 4 accounting firm

experience asassistant accountant- a plus

• Strong analysis, problem-solving and excellent communications skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
