On this role you will:

• Define, plan, and execute long-term strategy aligned with company vision and KPIs, taking full product ownership.
• Collaborate across global teams (R&D, Data Science, business, design, marketing, legal, and compliance).
• Drive products from inception to production, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact measurement.
• Lead, mentor, and support your product management team.
• Conduct data analysis, A/B tests, and user research for data-driven customer solutions.

• Over 6 years of product management experience in prominent tech firms (B2C).
• Possess natural ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities
• Demonstrated leadership with 2+ years of team management.
• Proven history of driving growth and meeting business objectives.
• Experience with generative AI solutions and passionate about learning evolved technologies.
• Proficient in UX tools like Figma, Miro, etc.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Background in finance, data, and/or AI products.
• Strategic thinker adept at prioritization and providing clarity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, adaptable environments.
• Enthusiastic about the future of fintech and disruptive industry products.
• A degree in Economics, Engineering, sciences (Math, Physics etc.), Statistics or a similar field, or equivalent experience
