** This is a 6 months temporary position **

Responsibilities:

• Rolling out the Rapyd payment platform via our network payment partners rails
• Managing subcontractors (e.g. mystery shoppers) to test in-store and online payments experiences to ensure that Rapyd’s proposition is as robust as possible
• Monitoring, testing, evaluating and resolving issues via an integrated program of remote data-driven and in-person assessment
• Working with various teams such as Product, Network, Support and R&D to provide feedback of actual performance metrics vs. expected values
• End to end monitoring and optimizing the delivery of each network partner against performance metrics
• Respond in real-time to network transactions events and create the necessary priorities and escalation flows
• Deeply understanding our partner platforms and leveraging that knowledge to optimize the end to end transaction lifecycle

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in a fintech SaaS company (payments preferably)
• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams during testing phases of the project.
• Knowledge in the following tools: SQL, Postman, Kibana, Jira , Confluence - strong advantage
• An understanding of the card payments lifecycle and the actors involved (merchant, PSP, acquirer, scheme, issuer) - big plus
• Excellent communication skills - candidate must be highly articulate and able to bridge the gap between technical staff and non-technical.
