Job Description:
The VP Sales at Okoora will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance revenue growth and market penetration, especially as we venture into the European market. This role demands a leader with a visionary approach to sales strategy, a deep understanding of global market dynamics, and a proven track record in leading sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy, with a particular focus on expanding our footprint in the European market.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in the global marketplace.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through effective sales tactics and robust pipeline management.
- Provide expert insights into product development and customization based on market feedback.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for continued growth.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a VP of Sales or similar senior sales role in the fintech or SaaS industry - Must
- Extensive experience in global markets- Must
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and guiding top-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
