We’re looking for an awesome Creator Relations Manager to join our dream team!

As our Creator Relations Champion, your core responsibility will be to work with the mod creators in our community, help them create amazing mods for many different games, and set them up for success.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Own author relationships and support mod authors in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate closely with mod authors on strategies, user experience, product improvements, and the retention of their mods.
• Coordinate with various internal Overwolf teams, including R&D, Marketing, QA, Support, Product, and Operations, to ensure mod authors have the necessary resources and support.
• Develop a deep understanding of our authors’ business models and priorities to enhance their partnership with Overwolf.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our mod author partners.
• Take the lead in executing projects with authors, including managing marketing plans, fostering growth, optimizing monetization, and strategizing for the long term.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant modding communities, identifying and conveying feedback, addressing any issues, and gauging overall sentiment.
  
  

Requirements:

• Hardcore PC gamer with a strong emphasis on modded Minecraft
• Active participation in the Minecraft community and familiarity with leading mods and modpacks (e.g., ATM, FTB)
• Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English
• Daily use of Discord
• Knowledge of internet cultures
• Flexibility to work during dynamic hours due to global time differences
• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent multitasking in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
