The Finance Director will play a critical role in Konnecto as the owner of the company’s financial operations. This position involves overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic vision and practical experience to ensure financial health and sustainability as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead financial strategy and align it with the company’s business objectives.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee cash flow management and implement strategies to optimize financial resources.
Oversee the financial operations of the company, including: collections, payments, suppliers and payroll.
Conduct financial analysis and create detailed reports for stakeholders
Develop and implement policies and procedures for financial operations and manage the financial systems and tools.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits, and Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, adhering to GAAP and other regulatory standards.
Serve as the primary financial point of contact for investors, providing timely and accurate information.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall company objectives
Work closely with the executive team to develop financial strategies and plans.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of financial experience, preferably in a startup.
A highly motivated self-starter, adept at identifying and seizing opportunities for improvement and innovation, while efficiently navigating through complex challenges.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with an ability to turn data into insights.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel - Must.
Knowledge in Quickbooks, Hubspot, Gsuite - Advantage.
