R&D Project Manager - replacement for maternity leave for one year

Founded in 2018, Eye-Net is an Israeli-based technology product company, engaged in the development and commercialization of a revolutionary, Vehicles to ALL Road Users, software-based communication solution, designed to predict and prevent “Non line of sight” collisions.

Position Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective manner
• Prepare and track budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Define and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Maintain close relations with vendors, clients and contractors.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage purchasing orders and required inventory for each project.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of R&D projects management and related experience
• Preferably experience in a startup environment and large-scale company
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  
  

• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of PM
• Experience in mobile product / project management
• Experience in complex mobile applications that incorporate few of the following aspects :
• Millions of users
• Big data analytics
• Location based services
• SDK integration
• Server / client architecture
• Cloud computing / IoT
• Experience in multicultural / global B2B environment
• Experience in Automotive industry / Micro-mobility apps / Navigation apps - a major advantage

• Work in a hybrid working environment (60% from the office)
• Willing to commute to Park Ha' Mada Rehovot (has train access)
• Fluent in Hebrew, English - Speaking and writing
• Japanese – a MAJOR advantage
