What are we looking for? 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic to our websites.  

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute the company’s SEO strategy to meet our business goals. 
• Work with our editorial and marketing teams to infuse SEO principles into content creation and programming. 
• Continuously identify, expand, and fine-tune keywords to enhance our online presence. 
• Research and execute search engine optimization recommendations to elevate our website's performance. 
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing to maximize online visibility and engagement. 
• Analyze and dissect competitor advertising links to uncover opportunities and insights. 
• Develop and execute a comprehensive link-building strategy to bolster our online authority. 
• Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices in newly developed code. 
• Proactively propose website architecture, content, linking, and other improvements to advance our SEO rankings for target keywords. 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of proven track record of hands-on SEO expertise with tangible results. 
• Proficiency in website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and others. 
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and their limitations as they pertain to SEO. 
• Ability to use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve strategies. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
• English language proficiency at a high level: both written and verbal.
