System Analyst

Job Description

• System management and analysis in core systems (in-house development)

• Characterize and analyze new and existing requirements for systems across Clal IT, collaborate with stakeholders.

• Managing tasks within schedules and budget

• Functional and technical characterization against the requirements - entity definition, business logic, screen design, interfaces and process engine

• Management of tasks starting from the characterization phase, development, testing, deployment

• Matrix management of factors involved in the process

• Prepare and present presentations to relevant parties throughout the life cycle of the project

• Managing faults in the production environment

Requirements

• Independent learning ability

• Positive approach of service and support

• 4 or more years of experience in analyzing complex systems in large organizations

• Bachelor's degree in information systems engineering / Industrial Engineering and Management with Information Systems as major subject / Computer Sciences

• Systems analysis course

• In-depth knowledge of writing SQL in the Oracle environment

• Previous experience in development is an advantage

• Experience working in AGILE methodology is an advantage

• Familiarity with insurance products - a significant advantage
