We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Solution Engineering Group Center of Excellence.

As a Business Operations Manager in the Solution Engineering Group, you will be reporting to our Director of Excellence. You’ll take a strategic advisory role in steering The Solution Engineering’s global group present and future, responsible for building and improving our Business Operations Center of Excellence in defining processes, tools & measurements that enable Technical Pre-Sales activities to focus on the business, sales process, customers’ care & customers’ success.

As a Business Operations Manager in JFrog you will...

• Responsible for driving processes, tools, deliverables, measurements and partnerships with multiple other teams across the company.
• Standardize best operational practices, identify the challenges, work with the teams to solve & design the processes, document the flows and share the enablement with the appropriate entities in JFrog
• Define, measure, and report on operational metrics to analyze business efficiency and performance.
• Partner with Product & CTO to define roadmap priorities, Implementation and monitoring the teams-work toward readiness on time.
• Define and utilize internal systems and tools to drive business operations efficiency for sales internal interfaces and strive to get things done.
• Lead special projects related to business strategy with cross-organization teams.
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Operations Manager in R&D, Product, Support or Sales Business Operations. Program Management or equivalent.
• Proven Experience in business operations execution in a matrix environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced & continuously changing environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in planning, forecasting with high level of organizations skills
• High level degree of personal commitment to deliverables - Accountability for SLAs
• Independent , Agile with proven execution skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps & Security Domains - Significant advantage
• Practical analytical skills - Significant advantage
• Technical knowledge of Cloud world - Significant advantage
• Experience with Salesforce - Advantage
• Hands-on experience with automation - Advantage
• Hands-on experience with scripting - Advantage
