Are you a QA Professional with a Passion for Excellence? Join Our Dynamic Team!**

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) professional with a minimum of 5 years in the field, including at least one year of leadership experience. This is an extraordinary opportunity to work in a global company environment, where you'll get to interact with diverse teams and technologies.

Responsibilities

Work closely with our development and product teams to identify and resolve issues, define test strategies, and contribute to the overall improvement of our software development process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
Design and execute test cases for web applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.
Perform regression testing to identify and report defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Implement and maintain testing tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members.

Requirements

Minimum 5 Years of QA Experience You should have a solid background in software quality assurance, with a deep understanding of testing methodologies and practices.
Leadership Experience At least one year of leading QA processes or teams, demonstrating strong organizational and management skills.
Global Company Experience Prior work in global or multinational companies is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to thrive in diverse and dynamic environments.
Expertise in Web/Mobile Platforms Proficiency in testing web and mobile applications is crucial. You should be familiar with the unique challenges and opportunities presented by these platforms.
API Testing Experience Practical experience in working with and testing APIs is essential.
Organizational and Management Skills We value candidates with the ability to organize, manage, and lead projects independently, demonstrating autonomy and initiative.
