We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Product Designer to join our amazing Product Team in our Tel-Aviv HQ.

You have strategic thinking and you understand the product’s lifecycle: from research through prototyping to design and usability testing. In this role, you'll work with different teams to create pixel-perfect web and mobile products. We're looking for deep thinkers who are passionate about UX, design and product. We are looking for a business -minded designer that will translate business goals and user’s needs into user experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Build flows that meet a functional requirement- Create wireframes from tough sketches to prototypes
• Deesign new features and take concepts through to production- from inspiration to wireframing to creating pixel perfect UI for all states and deliver to dev.
• Create pixel perfect user interfaces and uncompromised user experience.
• Thrive to get feedback on the designs- Conduct usability testing, user interviews and get feedback from the team,
• Collaborate with the product, engineering, data science, and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience with high-end look and feel.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in designing (UX and UI) customer facing digital products web and mobile-must!
• Conceptual thinker with the ability to understand user behavior, conversion, simplicity and usability.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, UX patterns, techniques, and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills (able to clearly articulate design decisions).
• Pixel-perfect with attention to the smallest of details.
• Strong typography knowledge and design layout principles.
• Extensive mastery of Figma/Sketch/InVision and other prototyping tools.
• Team player with great communication skills, experienced working in an Agile environment.
• Flexible, open for feedback and wants to constantly improve.
• Online portfolio – a Must.
• Experience in e-commerce– advantage.
• Self learner and never shy away from asking hard questions.
• Familiarity with CSS + HTML - advantage.
