Technology Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the quality and technology domain at the dairy, overseeing end-to-end processes, including processing activities.

- Possess professional expertise and knowledge in quality, food safety, and regulatory aspects.

- Implement quality and food safety methodologies, providing tools for optimal performance to managers.

- Take responsibility for defining and analyzing raw material, process, and final product test results, including approval of exceptions.

- Manage the quality of produced and stored products in accordance with regulations.

- Oversee, update, and maintain the quality and food safety system per HACCP/ISO standards and company policies.

- Initiate, develop, procure, and lead continuous improvement processes in quality, technology, and waste reduction.

- Full responsibility for the technological aspects of dairy products from the development stage through production processes to the final product.

- Define technological activities, setting control limits for production processes.

- Define Clean-in-Place (CIP) processes for engineering equipment.

- Acquire tools and provide guidance for resolving technological issues.

- Review and approve FDS and P&ID for all manufacturing processes in the dairy.

- Perform various environmental tests and ensure compliance with standards.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Materials, or Quality – mandatory. Master's degree is an advantage.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality or technology in a manufacturing facility, at the food or pharmaceutical industry.

- Substantial experience in managing employees.
